Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made directly with Villas Riviera, by WhatsApp or by email. Unless the villa page says otherwise, they apply to all our villas.
How to book
Write to us on WhatsApp at +1 809 223 38 05 or at rivieralasterrenas@gmail.com with the villa, your dates and the number of guests. We confirm availability and the rate. Your booking is confirmed in writing when we receive the first payment, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
Payment
- 50% of the total when you book.
- The balance, 7 days before arrival.
- Final cleaning is included in the price shown when you choose your dates.
- No security deposit.
Accepted payment methods are given to you when you book.
Cancellation
Prepayments are non-refundable, for all villas. We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Minimum stay
It depends on your arrival date, except for villas with their own minimum:
- Low season (May 1 to June 30, August 30 to December 21): 3 nights.
- Mid season (January 4 to 24, March 29 to April 30): 4 nights.
- High season (January 25 to March 24, July 1 to August 29): 5 nights.
- Christmas and New Year (December 22 to January 3): 5 nights.
- Holy Week (March 25 to 28, 2027): 4 nights.
- Long weekends and public holidays (May 27 to 31, September 23 to 26): 3 nights.
- Villa Origen: 4-night minimum all year round.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 4 pm.
- Check-out by 11 am.
- Self check-in: the access code is sent to you before your stay.
Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later? Ask us: we will let you know depending on the villa's availability.
During your stay
- The maximum number of guests is shown on each villa page.
- All our villas are non-smoking.
- We take care to preserve a calm, restful environment: parties and loud music are not allowed.
- Pets are welcome by arrangement, unless the villa page says otherwise.
- Electricity: depending on the villa, a daily allowance is included or consumption is charged by the meter. The details are on each villa page.
- Our team on site can be reached on WhatsApp throughout your stay.
