What we collect

This website has no customer accounts, no online payments and no database. Request forms are not stored on our servers: they prepare a message that you send yourself, by WhatsApp or by email. We then receive the information you choose to send us (name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, stay dates, number of guests, message).

Why

Only to answer your request, prepare and confirm your stay, and stay in touch with you during it. We never sell or rent your information.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta), for our conversations with you.
• Airbnb, whose calendars we read to show the availability of our villas (no information about you is sent to Airbnb).
• Esri, for the satellite imagery of the maps.
• Matterport, for the 3D virtual tour of some villas (loaded only if you start it).
• Vercel, our hosting provider, which also provides the visitor statistics.

These services may receive technical browsing data (IP address, browser type). This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, anonymous visitor statistics without cookies: it counts page views, clicks to Airbnb and WhatsApp and email requests (villa name only), without identifying visitors or reading the content of your messages. This website uses no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Our conversations are kept for as long as your stay and our accounting obligations require, then deleted.
