Villa Origen is a new villa designed for slowing down: a palm-thatched roof built by hand, coral stone, and wood crafted on site. Its contemporary tropical architecture opens onto an enclosed, landscaped garden, where the private pool and the wooden deck under the pergola invite you to live outdoors from morning to night.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: a main suite with a king bed and two bedrooms with queen beds, for 6 adults. In the air-conditioned living room, the very large sofa, with its ottoman and a mattress topper, makes an extra bed: comfortable for two children, a little snug for two adults. The villa can therefore host up to 8 guests, including 6 adults at most. Bedroom 2 even has its own private outdoor shower, tucked away in the garden.
For cooking, you have a choice: the granite island inside, or the outdoor kitchen under the pergola with a bar, BBQ and mini fridge. And one detail that makes all the difference in the tropics: the villa runs on solar power with backup batteries, for about 24 hours of autonomy and zero power cuts.

A neighborhood in development
We would rather you know before you book: Cosón is a fast-growing area, and new buildings are going up nearby, including across the street. Work takes place on weekdays, during the day, and on Saturday mornings; evenings, nights, Saturday afternoons and Sundays stay peaceful. The villa's garden is fully enclosed: a solid wall, lined with greenery, separates it from the street and the neighboring lot, and keeps the pool and terraces private. A question about your dates?
